- A noble 18th Century mansion, part of an estate situated in the hills that separate the gulf of La Spezia from the valley of Rio Magra. This old stately residence has been restored by it's young owner, who enthusiastically receives his guest, delighted to share ideas for enjoying the local tourist attractions.This is the ideal place to discover a very attractive region, on the border beteen Liguria and Tuscany. Within a radious of only 20/30 km., one can visit the charming Riviera places (Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici), the medieval castles and villages of Lunigiana, and the tuscan wonders of Carrara, with its marble quarries. Pisa, Lucca and Portofino are just 75 km. away. La Spezia, with important attractions such as the A. Lia Museum and the Maritime Museum, and Sarzana, a historical town with a pretty old quarter, forts dating from the middles ages and antique shops, are only 8 km. away. A spacious living room for relaxing moments, offering a corner full of tourist information where you can research your excursions.
